Join Hammond's Finest Youth Sports Program!
It's sign-up time again.
This year all sign ups will take place at the Hammond Optimist Park Press Box/Concession Stand. Again, this year we are requiring a mandatory Raffle Fundraiser fee of $25.00 per player with a family maximum of $50.00. You may resell your tickets to refund your raffle ticket purchase.
Upcoming Sign-ups for the 2010 softball and baseball season are as follows:
Feb. 20 -- from 2:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m.
Feb. 26 -- from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Mar. 1 -- from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. <--just added!
T-Ball Division:
Must be age 5 by 8/31/10
Ages League
5-6 T-Ball (boys & girls)
Baseball Age Divisions:
Based on child's age on 4/30/10
Ages League
7-8 Rookie League
9-10 Minor League
11-12 Major League
Girls Softball Age Divisions:
Based on child's age on 12/31/09
Ages League
7-8 Rookie League
9-10 Minor League
11-12 Major League
13-14 Junior League
15-18 Senior League
Participant Fees For 2010:
First Child
Softball Ages 7-18 -- $85
Baseball Ages 7-12 -- $85
T-Ball Ages 5-6 -- $50
Second Child
Softball Ages 7-18 -- $75
Baseball Ages 7-12 -- $75
T-Ball Ages 5-6 -- $50
Third Child
Softball Ages 7-18 -- $65
Baseball Ages 7-12 -- $65
T-Ball Ages 5-6 -- $50
$225 Family max for immediate household.
No early bird discount on family max.
Payment plans are available.
HOYS softball Major, Junior and Seniors teams will participate in the South Lake County Girls Softball League. In addition to games at Optimist Park they will play at other locations throughout Lake County.
